Credit Terms

Q. Can I buy from your store on credit terms?
A. Yes, of course. Firstly, you should Register in the Store and then you complete our Credit Application Form and send it in to us. We will contact you when your account is active or if we have any questions.
If you already have a credit account account with us, then the credit application form is not needed, but please complete the User Authorisation Form and return it to us. This is a protection measure to ensure that only somebody authorised by your organisation is managing their account and purchasing on their behalf.

 

Customer Orders

Q. Can I cancel an order?
A. This will depend on several factors. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for what to do if you wish to cancel an order.

 

Pricing and Tax

Q. I am in the EU and should not need to pay VAT. So why does my basket show VAT?
A. This only occurs if you are a new customer and we have not yet verified your VAT number. If you provide us with a valid EU VAT number, you will not be charged VAT.
